Purchase Agreement
By accepting delivery of any product ordered from our website ("our website"), you ("Customer") agree to be bound by the terms and conditions listed below. You and our website agree that the following terms and conditions are the exclusive terms governing the sales transaction between Customer and our website. Any attempt to alter, supplement, modify or amend these terms and conditions by the Customer will be considered a material alteration of this agreement and, therefore, are null and void. In addition, these terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, without prior written notice. Therefore, please check these terms and conditions carefully each time you place an order with or accept delivery of any goods from our website.

General Policy
We gladly accept returns on all eligible products (No Exchanges). We do not sell refurbished or previously owned products, therefore, in order to return these products to the manufacturer, minimum 20% restocking fee will be applied for all returned merchandise. Shipping costs are not refundable. Once the restocking fee is applied to the item value, any balance remaining will be refunded to the credit card submitted with your original order within 5 business days of receipt.

Eligible Products:
In original, factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, in the original netting, and with tags attached) and in original packaging.
Odor-Free (Any odors on the product will render the product ineligible for return)
Ineligible Products:

Costume wigs, discontinued items, care products, accessories, liquids, special order items and wholesale orders.

ALL CLEARANCE ITEMS
Any products shown to be used such as trimmed, cut, odor on product and styling product residues found on merchandise will be ineligible.
Products teased/feathered are considered used/damaged and will be ineligible.
Products with tags cut, unattached, no hair net and no tissue paper inside the cap will be ineligible.
Return Period

US Continental Return for refund within: 30 calendar days
International and military installation Return for refund within: 35 calendar days
If customer refuses package(s) or the package(s) is returned due to a failed delivery, we will charge a 20% restocking fee to recover return shipping costs.

If your product is ineligible for return, we will email you the option of:
Returning the item(s) to you at your cost

Ineligible item(s) will be automatically disposed of, 30 days after receipt.

We will only pay the return shipping cost if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error.

Note: Customer is solely responsible for shipping any Returned product to our website. We recommend that you(1)use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and(2)either insure your package for safe return or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to(1)use a carrier that offers tracking or(2)insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.

Out-Of-Stock (Back-Order) Items
If Item Is Out Of Stock (Back-Order), We Will Cancel And Issue A Refund For The Item(S). We Cannot Process Any Exchanges For The Item(S) That Is Out Of Stock.

Wrong Item
If you received wrong item (color, length, item) please contact us within 5 business days of receiving item(s) for us to investigate on the matter. We require you to take picture of the wrong item and e-mail it to one of our customer care representative to verify that you received wrong items. Once we verify that you receive wrong item we will e-mail you UPS pre-paid return label for you to send the wrong item back to us. However, if you can't drop the item at UPS store or UPS driver or if you are located in military installation or international we ask you to mail the item back to us via USPS Priority mail and enclose the receipt inside box for us to refund the shipping cost back to you.
We will ship out correct item once we verify that you have mailed out incorrect item back to us.
If you want to get refunded we will refund once we receive item and inspect the item.
If we don't receive wrong item within 30 calendar days of you contacting us we will void out the UPS return label and reject the wrong item back to you.

Physical Damage Policy
Physical damage to any product purchased at our website will effectively void return policy. Physical damage includes item that has been altered, cut or damaged, missing item package will
